Influence and Impact – What does it consist of?
The Influence and Impact programme consists of:
4 interactive virtual modules, with two trainers and a maximum of 12 participants
Unique digital learning content to enable you to accelerate the impact of your learning, both before and after modules
Action learning sets and 1:1 mentoring to enable you to implement learning, overcome barriers to success, and troubleshoot problems
